Lolas little squeals

Since I shot these video's she has been talking non-stop. And I don't expect her to ever stop!

This is funny....Joey came home with a ton of paper stuff the other day and whispered into my ear (as he always does when he might be embarassed, sorry joey!) that he would like to invite me to his cracker party. And that if I could bring some crackers to the table with me. So to indulge him I did. There we sat (all but daddy, he doesn't do funky parties) , at the table with our "Party Hats" customized with our own names and patterns. And we dined on the crackers. Except Lola, she just had to put up with the hat, and Dax's rendition of the lovely song 'fish heads' preformed with out any pants.

SMILE like you love it!!!

Be my Valentine!

Look at my cute hubby, before he was my hubby! We were in a photo booth deep under the streets of Paris. Waiting for the Metro. How romantic!
July 15, 2000
In the beautiful mountians of Northern Utah.

In honor of Valentine's Day, I thought I'd do this fun tag on my cute hubby!! I borrowed this idea from my friend Kristin.

What is his name? Joe

How long have you been together? Almost 8 years!

How long did you date? We dated technically only 3 or so months. He just happened to be in far away countries most of the time! This is where modern technology came in handy!

How old is he? 29

Who eats more? Hum...depends on what it is. Me if it's ice cream!

Who said I love you first? I believe he wrote it first. (or typed it)

Who is taller? He is.

Who can sing better? Definately Joe. I just shatter glass.

Who is smarter? I'd like to think we're pretty equal, but he is the one in dental school :)

Who does the dishes? Mostly me.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? He does.

Who mows the lawn? When we have had a lawn to mow, it was usually me....pregnant. What a great work out!! Same with shoveling snow.

Who cooks dinner? Me. Except on Sundays, he is the house chef.

Who drives? He does.

Who is more stubborn? He is.

Who kissed who first? I think we both raced to be the first.

Who asked who out first? I think he did. To a Chineese restaraunt, before he was shipped away to boot camp. Then I'd have to say that was it for a few years.

Who proposed? He did! Best story ever! We were on the 2nd level of the Eifel Tower in Paris. What better time than that? He got down on one knee...he asked...I cried...everyone clapped...I said yes...then we married less than 2 months later.

Who is more sensitive? I'd have to say me! Although he really is a giant teddy bear, but he would never let you believe that.

Who has more siblings? Sort of the same, 4 each. But I also have 5 step-siblings in addition to my 4 brothers.

Who wears the pants? He does. He tried a skirt once but his leggs looked too good, so I told him to never put on a skirt again.

I love You Babe!

Dax made me do it!

What happens when Joey is alone with a pair of sissors?
Well, apparently Dax MAKES him do things!

Enough said!
Not so much fun now!

Misty and her bargains.

So Misty called me up yesterday with a great new bargain find. She had been shopping at Target and ran in to a Spiderman "play-hut" on super clearance. I asked her to pick it up for me. Everyone knows how much the Mirci's love Spiderman! A few hours later she brings over this huge tent thing! It's over 5 feet tall, over 5 feet wide, and over 5 feet long. We busted it out in the living room, and it took up the WHOLE living room! So it had to be moved upstairs. It's too big for the playroom, so it's waiting for Joey to clean his room, so we can set it up in there.
The "hut" and Misty and Lola.
Abby pretending Joey saw her in the hut and fell in love with her (Joey has no idea what this is), Joey exiting out a door, and Dax jumping around.
Thanks Misty! We love our hut!

EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!

How do you get your 2 year old to eat his peas? You stuff them (and corn, carrots, ect.) into a raspberry! Dax loves ALL berries, especially blackberries and raspberries, but hates veggies. Unless you count french fries as veggies.

The Bait.

Hook, line, and sinker.

We have a catch!!!

Lola Loves The Tub

Lovely little Lola Loves to bathe. She, unlike her brothers, doesn't mind when water is poured on her head or runs down her face. She kind of likes it! Especially when her hands are wet! This makes it much easier and more fun to gum your fingers. All of your fingers! She stares at the flash, so I don't think I will ever get a shot of her smiling like she usually is. Notice that she also likes to kick her feet in the water and make splashes. Her latest trick is to bust out her gymnastic skills and grab and sometimes even knaw at her toes.

KICK, KICK! I also like to grab at the tub treads on the wall.

Ta-Da!

Dax's Third Nipple

Dax took multiple falls to the same spot these last 2 weeks. We didn't take photos of it the first week or so, but then it started changing colors and the scab was falling off. Joey started bringing more than one bandaid home from school for him. He has gotten gasps and stares, and so have I. (Like I had something to do with it!) He is our little dare devil, and our little slippery sock boy at the same time. He likes to look into the mirror at it and scrunch up his face and say "ouch, owww!" I have to say it is pretty cute, and sad at the same time.
